5:35 a.m. Meditation + affirmations: "I am on a journey of health and mindfulness." 108 times.
5:55 a.m. Breakfast: Fresh fruit juice, green tea, and sunflower seeds and kale with tahini
6:10 a.m. Morning HIIT training
6:30 a.m. Cold shower
6:40 a.m. Hair, makeup, clothes, etc.
7:00 a.m. Out the door for work
Tuesday
5:30 a.m. Alarm goes off. Hit snooze.
5:35 a.m. Snooze again
5:40 a.m. Snooze
5:45 a.m. Wake up. 3 sun salutations.
5:50 a.m. Meditation — skip affirmations; no time
5:55 a.m. Breakfast: Fresh fruit juice, green tea, and ... I can't face kale this early today. I'm making toast with peanut butter instead.
6:10 a.m. Play game on phone for "brain break." 5 minutes.
6:30 a.m. Whoops! That was way longer than 5 minutes. Skip workout. Lukewarm shower
6:40 a.m. Hair, makeup, clothes, etc.
7:00 a.m. Out the door for work
Wednesday
5:30 a.m. Alarm goes off. Reset for 6 a.m.
6 a.m. Snooze
6:05 a.m. Wake up. 3 sun salutations.
6:10 a.m. Meditation — skip affirmations; after all, didn't do them yesterday!
6:15 a.m. Breakfast: Coffee and toast with peanut butter.
6:30 a.m. No time to work out. Warm shower.
6:40 a.m. Hair, makeup, clothes, etc.
7:00 a.m. Out the door for work
Thursday
6 a.m. Alarm goes off. Snooze
6:05 a.m. Snooze
6:10 a.m. Wake up. Close eyes for five minutes and pretend it's the same thing as meditating. Almost fall back asleep, then get up.
6:15 a.m. Breakfast: Coffee and a Krispy Kreme.
6:30 a.m. Warm shower ... the shower feels so nice with warm water. Why not turn it up just a little bit?
6:45 a.m. That was a longer shower than expected. Hair, makeup, clothes, etc.
7:05 a.m. Out the door for work
Friday
6 a.m. Alarm goes off. Reset.
6:30 a.m. Alarm goes off. Panic!
6:35 a.m. Breakfast: Coffee and leftover pizza.
6:49 a.m. No time to work out. Hot shower.
6:55 a.m. Hair, makeup, clothes, etc. Realize only put mascara on one eye halfway to work.
7:10 a.m. Out the door.
Saturday
6:30 a.m. Alarm goes off. Laugh at it.
12 p.m. Realize it's lunchtime and I forgot to meditate or do my affirmations. Or work out. Welp. Too late for today!
Sunday
Forget it. Sleeping in 'til mimosas and brunch.
